The RECA iSTORAGE flap vending machine can dispense goods individually or in whole packing units. The machine can be configured however you wish. You can have up to 72 different flaps. This machine also offers the option of a borrow function or dispensing according to the FIFO principle.

Flap vending machine
The flap vending machine is very flexible and offers many flap variants, with up to 72 storage spaces in the machine. This type of management system is ideal for tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) or workshop equipment or for managing borrowed goods. Log on – Select item – Open flap – Remove item – Confirm removal.
Weighing cell machine
The weighing cell machine is a relative newcomer among the iSTORAGE machines and offers you a range of possibilities for your storage management system. Repeat orders of managed items are placed automatically by the weighing cell modules, which are available in 6 different sizes. The weighing cell modules continuously detect exactly how many managed items have been removed and ensure automatic repeat ordering when a certain predefined weight is reached. The weighing cell is also highly flexible and easy to operate. Log on – Open – Remove items – Close cabinet – that’s it; inventory management made easy!
Rotating vending machine
The rotating vending machine is a clearly arranged storage management solution over 10 levels for items of all kinds, such as tools, drill bits, personal protective equipment and workshop equipment. With a maximum capacity of 480 compartments, it is one of the most clearly arranged solutions for securing, automating and controlling access to your storage management system.
Hazardous materials cabinet
The hazardous materials cabinet ensures secure management of chemical items such as aerosols and cans. Depending on requirements, the hazardous materials cabinet is also equipped with a recirculation filter unit.
Drawer weighing cell machine
The drawer weighing cell machine impresses with its flexible configuration of drawer height and layout.It offers sufficient space on several levels for drills, hand tools or cutting tools. Fully customised to your needs, you can use up to 945 compartments for your warehouse management. The integrated load cell modules under the compartments recognise both the number and type of items removed.
Logging on to flap vending machines, weighing cell machines, rotating vending machines or drawer vending machines is possible by way of an access authorisation. This gives you full control over your storage management system. All employees who are to be granted access authorisation are given an RFID transponder that is used to log on directly at the machine.
If you currently already use a proprietary chip, e.g. for time recording, this can also be used. The employee simply holds their RFID chip directly up to the machine surface and they will be logged on to the machine. In addition, certain compartments of flap vending machines, rotating vending machines and drawer vending machines may even be locked for specific users.
Automated storage management systems give you
Repeat orders of all managed items are placed automatically whenever a reporting level, predefined by you, is reached. The machines identify, either by counting or weighing, the quantity that has been removed and determine when a new order needs to be placed so that it will arrive at the right time. All orders are collected and sent to RECA Industrie at predefined order times. This results in full availability of the managed items.

All of our vending machines require nothing more than an on-site power supply. Data is sent via a built-in router, which uses the mobile network to send the data to RECA Industrie. Data transmission is TÜV-certified and is carried out securely via our computer systems. This means that you do not have to take any further precautions and you can integrate the machines into your storage management system however you wish.
A specific fee is required to provide the machines, which is calculated individually for you by our contact person according to your internal processes and requirements. This also includes the costs for data transmission, maintenance and servicing. Naturally, we can also take care of stocking the machines for you.
